Acronym of "let it happen on purpose", referring to the Bush administration lack of response to 9/11 until it was all over.
Users of this term note that even though it was known that terrorists were crashing multiple planes into buildings, for some reason the secret service knew George Bush would be perfectly safe in a public school near an airport having a photo-op that had been announced to the public in advance.
LIHOP isn't conspiracy theory, it's simply a matter of looking at who profits from 911. Same old rich white weapon/oil merchants as usual, oddly enough!
