Band featuring Mike Mainieri on vibraphone, Tony Levin on bass, and Steve Gadd on drums. They played jazz, and were damn good at it. The name was based off of a book. They were around in the early 70's. If you want to see them play, the only video I know of them is from Steve Gadd's drumming dvd.
