What is Lipa?

n. A venomous snake that inhabits in Manique de Baixo. It is known for it's slanderous attitude, superiority complex and complete arrogance. This species thinks it's God's gift on Earth, although it only manages to drive people away from her with her boisterous, bitchy attitude and perennial badmouth.
Although it refers to a special type of venomous snake, it can also be used as an adjective.
