What is Lisco?

a small town of about 50 people in the middle of no where Nebraska located near the Wyoming border. where everyone knows everyone and if you do anything and i do mean anything at all everyone will know within the first half hour of doing what ever it is that you did. Which does include parents.
Person 1: Did you hear what the girl from outside of Lisco did a little bit ago?
Person 2: No. What?
Person 1: She was seen going into a house with a boy alone!
