While smoking marijuana out of a bowl, a Liz hit is the final hit of the bowl, which nobody else will venture to take. Liz hits consist mainly of ash that must be compressed to draw a hit.

When smoking, there will come a point in which everyone else will consider the bowl to be cashed, but one person will try it regardless. That hit is a Liz hit. It is never a very good hit, and there are definately no hits left after a Liz hit.
