What is Lluo?

Nonsense word combining the Welsh "ll" sound (as in lloyd) and the Mandarin Chinese "uo" dipthong. Pronounced in the first tone (high, flat). Used as an exclamation, but does not express any particular emotion. Can be said for no reason.
