What is Lo Jumping?

A custom practised especially by young girls under the age of 14. This is a combination of walking and jumping in a manner that the same foot, which does the bouncing will be the one you land on. Then you switch the foot and do the same thing so that you are moving forward.
(person 1): Hey what's that little girl doing over there? Looks funny.
(person 2): I'm quite sure she is lo jumping.
