Someone who takes an excessively long amount of time to get ready or to do something simple, and does so on an regular basis.
1. (After waiting in the car for 20min to pick someone up)
"Dude what took you so long?"
"Sorry man, I was looking for something"
"What a loaft-job!!"
2. "Hurry up we're going to be late, stop being such a loaft-job"
