What is Lochabar?

The area of Scottland owned by Damian Henderson of South Plainfield, New Jersey. Passed down to him by his great great great great granddaddy Lochabar after winning an Atlantean arm-wrestling contest against the Loch-Ness Monster. Presumed to soon be its own nation. Also, due to the nature of ownership, can be used as a nickname for certian persons who own land in Scottland.
"Yo, we going to visit Lochabar today?"
"Our friend, or the place?"
"Well, how do you presume we get to Scottland?"
"To Lochabar's house it is."
"Think his mom made cookies?"
