What is Lockie?

A term used in homosexual circles to describe the sexual practice whereby one partner thrusts his penis with such force that it becomes lodged inside his partner's anal sphincter, dislodgable only with use of ice cold water. The practice has now been banned in the United Kingdom and a court case is underway in the Netherlands to determine the legal future of the practice.
The name was originally given to this practice by its reputed inventor, Thomas Lockton
