lolbend = lol banned. It is used to laugh with someone that got banned from a forum/chat/game/...
The word became so popular that various other OIFY users are using it when someone gets banned.
As of 2007-12-18 the OIFY user Rambo_6 gave it a new meaning. It became the OIFY meme.

Lolbend is a contraction of Lol Banned.
however, it is also used as a no nonsense, no braincells reply to just about anything.
Example 1:
if someone is banned in a thread, all replies until the thread dies will be lolbend, despite all attempts at actual posting.
Example 2:
User1: "haha admin is dumb" *BANNED*
User2: "lolbend"
User3: "oh my god let this retarded fad die, just let it go."
