What is Lolidom?

A trend in modern anime that has younger (age 9-14) female characters in positions of power over older male characters, wherein the male character is subjected to frequent humiliation and subordination to the younger female. The trend is often associated with the Tsundere theme of a female character intially seeming to hate,insult and physically harm a male love interest without being provoked and then eventually reveal a weaker and more docile side to their character.
It's seems like Kaze No Stigma is going to be another Lolidom Anime.
That character seems to be into the whole Lolidom thing with his younger sister.
