Laughing Out Loud In Pain
The term "lolip" is an extension of the acronym "lol" which means "Laughing Out Loud". When we laugh, many muscles are involved and can be in pain especially after a surgery to the stomach region.
E.g. A person who just had an operation/surgery e.g appendix, in the hospital was visited by friends. The friends decided to crack a joke to the patient friend to make him/her feel better. However in doing so, the patient friend laughed out loud at the joke such that he/she became in pain due to movements of the stomach muscles affecting the recent surgery on the body.
Usage: James lolip when we told him the other day how our boss wanted to surprise him with a special gift when we visited him at the hospital after his appendix surgery.
