Actually a very skilled, quick, talented, witty individual that is posing as a lollygagger as to "sandbag" in order to not alert opponents or an adversary of ones actual prowess. To fly under the radar as a lollygagger but when the opportunity arises take advantage of the moment to exercise this dominance.

That Lollyringer really fooled me, it sure didn't seem like he had that outstanding performance in him. He freaking won that competition single handedly after looking like a complete slacker.
