Varrio Loma Locos, a Westside gang, currently residing in the city of Caldwell, whose main rivals, eastside locos, are considered the biggest and most violent gang in idaho. With reputed ties to the Mexican Mafia, and a leader in the drug trade the Loma is a gang to be reckoned with.
