What is London Cigarette?

Way of calling a person a homosexual. The reason for the name being that, in England, cigarettes are called fags. In America fags are gays. Thus, calling someone a 'London Cigarette' is a great, discreet way of saying somebody that a person is homosexual.
" Hey Marty, see that guy behind the counter?"
"Yea."
"He's a London Cigarette."
