someone who is more than loopy; someone who is totally crazy; someone who u can take the piss out of very easily cos they say or do the most stupid things and end up embarrassing themselves too easily, a bit like me!
e.g someone who admits they hav a bell collection (or any other collection of pointless objects) and doesnt think its something to be ashamed of
