Combination of Loot and Mooch, a person who draws on someone else’s ideas or fame for personal gain without regard for that person, but without hiding it and without objection.

OR Lootching, to siphon off something from someone other then you for personal gain, without regard for that person. Stealing someone else’s spotlight. Climbing the corporate ladder through someone else’s deeds.

Kevin Federline was just lootching on Britney Spears fame.

That Lootch just uses the same methods that I use, after I have already proven them to work.
