A seeming genius at making mistakes, bad life choices, all the while imagining himself/herself mentally ahead of the game. Based on Biblical Lazarus... Lazerus... EG. "Way to go, Loozerus!!" or... "Come forth Loozerus" A Loozerus is usually most obvious in a crowd when he or she graces said crowd with an observation/opinion that either makes no sense, or which might easily be proven wrong by another Loozerus.
