A pathetic loser not even capable of getting hard. Usually male but can be female. Could also mean a soft or weak person. Someone who's penis lops in a directions or another. Usually down, but can be sideways or upwards. Not curved, but lopped.
You lop dick. Dude you are a lop dick. You lop dick bastard. That lop dick boss of mine is making me do his work for him again. Or that lop dick brother of mine can't fight his own battles. That guy last night had a lop dick. For some reason I only seem to date lop dicks.
