What is Lopnic?

A person who is lazy and unwilling to do what it takes to succeed in any of lifes endevours. One who will ride the government for any and all handouts instead of getting a JOB and supporting themselves.
*NOTE: This does not apply to those who are physically or mentally not capable of sustaining employment.
That dude should get a job and start to straighten his life out, but he refuses to do so, therefore he is a lopnic.
