A Gang Los Sa-k-Mostros formed in P.R in 2005.; The Sakamostros are a gang that lived in Caserios from the Barrios (the hood). it came to US in early 2006 to fight with some Racist mollo(blacks) gangs. There a currently 128 members. Los Sa-k-mostros are dangerous.
