To be considered a loser and a retard at the same time, and representing both definitions completley. You may consider calling people this name when you are just kidding, or you may really mean it with a passion.
Say it was your best friend, you may call them a losetard for doing some sort of act of foolishness. If it a man who has hurt you and your best friend...then you may call him a losetard without any apologies needed. Afterall, he can tae it like a MAN. Except for Jason that is.....He's always womanly.
