1.) Neighborhood in West Oakland California. Quite literally, The ass of Oakland. On a hot day you can smell the Waste Treatment plant mixed with Diesel exaust from the port.
Home to quite a few historic victorians and the remnants of the Terminus of the Transcontinental Railroad.
The neighborhood boundaries are Mandela Parkway to the east, 7th Street to the south, West Grand Avenue to the north, and the former Oakland Army Base to the west.
"Man, I just scored some killer skag from a hoodrat, down in the lower bottom!"
