What is Low-watt Gurgler?

One who was hated by god, and smiten with spinal bifida or another disabling disease. Must now live life pushing themselves along blowing through a straw. Low-wattage refers to the memory and intelligence lost when their parent/parents tried to drown them as a baby to relive themselves of the pain of a cursed child. Gurgler comes from the sound of their throat spasming uncontrolably because they were abused as a child because they were such an easy mark.
My daughter came ou, and she wasn't just a little handicapped, she was a Low-Watt Gurgler in a high back chair.
