An Internet acronym meaning "Laughing Quietly In Head" This term was created by a man in response to the commenly known phrase "Lol". When "Lol" Became an untrue statement (people weren't actually laughing out loud) this seemed the logical solution.
This can be used when things are kinda funny but not "Lol" funny.
