What is Luck Off?

Describes an incident of insincere well-wishing, where an expression such as "Good luck!" is masking the speaker's true wishes for the party, namely, "I hope to never see you again; f--- off."
To recipient: "I wish you the best and hope you find what you are looking for." To self, shortly thereafter, usually in the form of muttering (or, if out of earshot, in loud joyful glee): "Luck off."
