What is Ludicrous?

What the majority considers absurd or irrational.
If say an exotic dancer, currently employed in a gentlemen's club, were to bring a legal suit against a customer on the grounds of "sexual harassment", that would be considered to be ludicrous.

Dark Helmet: Aah, buckle this... *shouts into intercom* Ludicrous speed, Go!
*Spaceball-One takes off past Light Speed and Ridiculous Speed and goes to Ludicrous Speed*
