Verb: Referring to the social pattern in which a female brings a less attractive friend along to a social gathering so that she may appear more attractive than the said friend. This action is usually committed by females attempting to have better luck "hooking up" with the attractive males at the social event (luggo referring to lug/bring along, uggo referring to the ugly girl).
"I'm tryna hook up with some hot guys tonight. I probably should luggo my uggo. Shelby's pretty ugly, I'll invite her.
