Coined at the Indian Institute of Technology in the mid 1970s,'Lukha' basically refers to a person doing nothing constructive/whiling away his time or basically a jobless person.

It can be used as a noun-

"He is a lukha"

An adjective-

Or in it's verb form-

"I am doing lukha-giri"
