A person on GameFAQ/ Gamespotwho uses multiple accounts to post vile and obscene pictures using tinyurl. One of the primary reasons why Gamespot has blocked tinyurl links.

A Luna post will usually have "Luna post" at the bottom. So if it has tinyurl and "Luna post" in the same post, ignore it/report it.
