Past-tense of the word
You also hear, "lunched out". Same thing, just a different way to say it.
Definitely regional, I've only heard the word used in DC when I lived there, and we said it ALL the time! Since moving from there, no one I've met has ever heard of it.
Awww, man, I lunched! I drove all the way here and forgot the dang receipt!
After all that planning, he lunched out and walked through the security gate with a
nug stuck to his fleece! Needless to say, he got arrested, what an idiot!

Occurs when starting the dating process with someone new and feeling the need to impose pre-defined and static boundaries on your time together
Example:
Friend #1: "Hey, how's the new guy? How was the first date?"
Friend #2: "How was the first date? Long, way too long. He seems like a nice guy though. I think I'll
lunch him a few times and see how that goes?
TWO WEEKS LATER:
Friend #1: So you've
lunched this guys 7 times in 2 weeks. What's the verdict?

Lunched means to be excluded or not allowed somewhere with the people your with at the time. Or your mates lying to make you not want to go someware.
Damn ive been lunched.
