A prostitute (male or female) primarily employed for their fellating abilities. The origins of the word are unknown; it was still in use in many countries until the mid 19th century, and was thought to have been originally used by merchant visitors to India and Pakistan, "lun" or "lunny", being a word derived from Lingam (Hindu fountain of life). It is a natural assumption, then, that the original meaning of lunyearn was someone who yearns for penis.
