What is Luqy?

A person who is incredible stupid and cheap. They will accuse others of being tight with money even if the person spends money in front of them they will still follow up with the accusation saying they are tight and they will taunt people reading books and brand them stupid for reading and will say “ you don’t have discovery channel that why you’re reading that boring book”. In other words they believe what ever the TV says, and they can’t understand of what is being said to them by a person of superior intellect. But these people will be get let into universities or colleges and waste the time of all the people

Luqy person: yo brain box books is for boring people i watch MTV and fox news to learn
Clever person: well I can see why the science department are in good mood about that they have found devolving homo sapiens (humans)
Luqy person: are you calling me gay?
