Mostly found on instant-messenger's, someone who uses song lyrics to describe or express how they're currently feeling. Lyricraniacs often use lyrics because they want to express how they're feeling, without giving too much away.
Person 1 has lyrics like: "You are my only one," possibly meaning they're an infatuated lyricraniac.
Person 2 has lyrics like: "I hate everything about you," possibly meaning they are a currently upset lyricraniac.
Person 3 has lyrics like: "SOULJA BOY UP IN DAT OOHHH WATCH ME CRANK DAT WATCH ME ROLL," possibly meaning they're just retarded.
