An individual who incorrectly believes they are superior than others and that Chicago is located in the state of Wisconsin. Referred to as a tool or douche bag. Often found in Turtle Lake. Has been known to enjoy a romantic evening containing square dancing, cheese, and of course a little action up the butt. Commonly termed as a packer fan a.k.a homosexual. It is considered 'uncool' to be seen with or around a M. Wanner.
Wisconsin could have potential as a cool state, but unfortunately M Wanner is there.
