Pretentious person (most often American) who desperately wants to be British, but can't carry it off. From the term Madge, referencing a UK nickname for pop-star Madonna, the most infamous example of "But I'm really British at heart!"

That idiot's got such a Madge complex he goes around correcting ENGLISH authors on their usage of British terms.
