To be in a state of uncontrollable arousal at all times, often resulting in chronic masturbation to the point of carpal tunnal. Also can be used to describe beings of the brown origin... quite witty at times and unaware of it's surroundings. Most always equipped with good intentions, but with wavering moments of stupidity. Has magical gypsy powers and is a hotty biscotti.
dude 1: "dude, did you hear about the woman with a madusha?"
dude 2: "aww dude yeah. hey know what? my cousin's girlfriend's aunt's friend's daughter's name is madusha. and she's one sweet hunk of love."
