What is Maganlal?

A name commonly given to the pimp of a town, someone who owns everything and everyone, and is given free access to any of his (or her) desires. It is synonymously used with the term ‘big dick’.
“If I were the Maganlal here, I would make everyone suck me all the time”
“Oi Maganlal, where are all the bitches you promised”
Jang: “Dude, that guy lives in the trailer park. Let’s fuck him up.”
