What is Magic Joe?

A term given to well-mannered thoughtful strangers, the type of person who helps the elderly pack their shopping or tells someone in the street they just dropped their wallet. Can also
be used to describe a really cool dude.
"A Magic Joe helped my wife get to the hospital in time"
"I was getting mugged when some Magic Joe helped me fight them
off"
"This dude gave me £4 whilst I was busking today, what a Magic
