The word "magnasism" defines a series of events that may occur during a game of pool between a few friends resulting in the pool balls being rejected from the pockets, or not moving in the direction intended.

So if you were to find yourself loosing at a competitive game of pool (or snooker) then it may well be due to the tables magnasism and nothing to do with your skills or abilities!

boy "oh your terrible at pool today"

girl "no I am not, its the magnasism of this table"

boy "what?"

Girl "the MAGNASISM! It is making the balls move in random directions"
