A young, generally Eastern European, Hispanic, or Southeast Asian woman who has legally come to the US to work a low-paying job such as at mall foodcourt eateries or being a maid- but unlike American born counterparts, is still immediately trying to get married (most likely to secure full citizenship).
If she were still in her native country she'd be on several of the mail order bride websites trying to get over here.
