What is Makeup Whore?

Someone (usually a girl) who cannot walk out of the house unless they're wearing makeup. The makup must be excessive and very noticeable. Though it doesn't necessarily have to look like a whore's style of makeup, it can be anything from clown-looking, to goth, to preppy.
I came to school today with my usual thick, black, goth-like, rings of eyeliner on, along with heavy black mascara, and silver glitter around the inside edge of my eyes today. Then I shared the joy of purple eyeliner/mascara and silver liquid eyeliner with my friends before calss. Everyone knows I am a complete makeup whore.
