When one goes to the mall with one or numerous friends to try and get girls.
"Catching" a girl can be classified from merely getting a phone number, to getting them to hang out with you.
Blake: Oh hai Dillion, what are you doing today?
Dillion: I'm going to the local mall to pick up some new stuff.
Blake: Hey can I come along, we can go mall fishing!
Dillion: Sure, don't forget to bring protection.
