What is Man Envy?

when a man sees another man building/constructing something and becomes curious and jealous at the same time.
When a whole bunch of guys are standing around looking at and talking about what one of them is building. They guys all have man envy toward the one doing the constructing.
When you see a truck drive by with alot of lumber in the back, and wonder "what are they building"
