What is Manafestisus?

This term has no specific assigned meaning. It's a word we made up when I was in college.
Eventually it (manafestisus) assumed a negative connotation, as you will see in the examples.

Guy 2: That's just manafestisus! (or "that's just
crazy talk !")
Example 2:
