when a person (usually male) wears socks with sandels or flip flops, and his toes are seperated by the sandels. may be very annoying to regular dressed person(s). Looks like a camel toeof the feet.

"Look here comes Brad.", says Sam. "He might look a little classier if he could just get rid of that mandel toe!" Joe replies," I know he likes having things stuck between the cracks, but the sandel strap and socks just dont cut it."
