What is Mangate?

A tailgate hosted by all men who are ill prepared and normally consists of beer and food but no utensils, plates, or any other preperation.
Girl 1: God we went and met up with Jason and his friends at the football game and all they had was a ton of beer, some burgers, and a grill.
Girl 2: I know they didn't even have plates or a spatula to flip the burgers. What a mangate!"
