the condition of being so wasted that you feel every idea you have is brilliant, all your friends think that the last thing you said was amazing, even though you actually said "did you *hiccup* know i have feet?" and you feel as if you are generally the most awesome human to have ever lived... a condition typically soon followed by a morning of repentance, self pity and physical illness.
