What is Manhattan Beach Handshake?

A sharp knock to one's testicles by another individual in a group of buddies drinking in a crowded bar. Usually this is unwarranted, unwanted but very funny to everyone except the one who was just knocked.
As Dave ordered another round at the bar, he was surprised by the Manhattan Beach Handshake and folded like a house of cards.
